Job description
As a Marketing Manager at Mandrake Pictures , you will play a crucial role in driving the marketing strategy and execution to enhance our brand presence, attract new clients, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. You will work closely with the leadership team and cross-functional departments to develop and implement marketing initiatives that align with the agency's goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote the agency's services, expertise, and brand identity.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling marketing materials, including digital content, presentations, case studies, and promotional materials.
- Manage the agency's online presence, including website content, social media channels, and digital advertising campaigns, to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities.
- Identify target client segments and develop tailored marketing strategies to reach and engage with key decision-makers.
- Plan and coordinate participation in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to showcase the agency's expertise and expand our network.
- Drive lead generation efforts through strategic email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing initiatives, and other inbound marketing tactics.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop marketing collateral and support sales efforts, including proposal development and client presentations.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, lead conversion rates, and campaign ROI, to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
- Stay informed about emerging marketing technologies, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our marketing efforts.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing initiatives and projects as needed.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve marketing objectives within budgetary constraints.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience 2 years in marketing roles, preferably within the branding, advertising, or creative agency industry.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, and industry trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various marketing channels and audiences.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and solutions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
