Job description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and direct calls.
- Assist in handling office requests for dial-ins, conference rooms, travel requests, etc.
- Perform various office tasks such as handling incoming and outgoing mail, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory.
- Provide office guests with refreshments.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Ability to visit courts and clients for document service.
- Minimum PUC or any degree from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in handling paperwork, filing, and documentation procedures.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- Punctuality and reliability in completing assigned duties.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes or tasks.
