Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and creative YouTube Channel Manager to join our team. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to shape the voice and direction of our pop culture channels. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for pop culture, a keen eye for trends, and the ability to curate and manage content that resonates with our audience. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement content strategies that align with the company’s goals and audience interests. Manage day-to-day operations of the channel, including content scheduling, publishing, and optimization. Analyze performance metrics to understand audience behavior and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate with content creators, editors, and marketers to produce high-quality, engaging content. Stay abreast of pop culture trends and incorporate relevant topics into the content strategy. Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and feedback. Oversee the channel’s growth by optimizing SEO, exploring new content ideas, and leveraging social media platforms for promotion. Requirements: Proven experience in managing YouTube channels or similar digital platforms. Strong understanding of YouTube analytics and SEO best practices. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative thinker with a knack for identifying and capitalizing on pop culture trends. Familiarity with video editing and content creation tools is a plus. Compensation: The position offers a competitive compensation of $300 USD per channel per month. Around 6+ channels to be managed with potential to expand.Job tags
