We are looking for a HR Generalist to help build a world-class culture and scale our team as we rapidly grow.
Location - Kandivali West, Mumbai
Minimum Work Experience - 1 year
Responsibilities
• Handle Employee onboarding, payroll and exit
• Manage and develop employee policies
• Manage Internal HR Tech Platform
• Identify potential candidates for new hiring and shortlist them.
• Work on employee benefits and incentives to drive growth
• Help the leadership to foster and develop a culture of learning
Qualifications
• 1+ years prior work experience in HR Operations or Recruitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with ability to learn new technologies
