Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant located in Mumbai. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records and transactions, preparing financial statements, performing financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. The Accountant will also be responsible for managing accounts payable/receivable, reconciling bank statements, and analyzing financial data to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to prepare financial statements and perform financial analysis
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements
• Experience with project accounting is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Professional certification (e.g. CPA, CMA) is a plus
