Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Documentation Specialist at Rosa Tech in Jamshedpur. The Documentation Specialist will be responsible for reviewing, updating, and maintaining technical documentation related to our products. They will also work closely with our software developers to produce new technical documentation, analyze software for accuracy, and develop consistent formatting.

Responsibilities:

1. Rectifying and refining existing documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency
2. Crafting compelling proposals, reports, and other written materials to support various projects and initiatives
3. Conducting thorough proofreading to identify and correct errors in grammar, punctuation, spelling, and formatting
4. Collaborating with team members across departments to gather necessary information and ensure alignment of messaging
5. Managing documentation projects from inception to completion, adhering to deadlines and quality standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Proven experience as a Document Writer, Technical Writer, Proposal Writer, or similar role
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization
