We are looking for a highly passionate and resilient Release Train Engineer to drive the monthly releases of our Tachyon Credit platform.
This role demands active collaboration with multiple cross-cluster teams, both upstream and downstream.

What would you do here
The desired candidate is expected to play the following roles and responsibilities:
Monthly Quarterly Release Planning. Agile Execution in collaboration with Cross-Cluster teams.
Facilitating Daily/Weekly Cadences (e.g., Daily Scrum Stand-ups, Scrum of Scrums).Driving Defect Triage meetups both internally and externally with the client.
Active contribution to the Weekly Governance Meetings (Internal and External).Adherence Reinforcement of the SDLC Processes.
Driving Release Retrospectives Meetups.
Proactively identifying and amplifying risks and enabling the decision makers in Risk Mitigation.

What are we looking for
Bachelor in Engineering. At least 3+ years of experience as a Release Train Engineer.
Strong knowledge and understanding of SAFe Agile principles; SaFe certification preferred.
Ability to challenge the teams and drive accountability.
Must understand the Software Engineering process.
Excellent communication skills and proven ability to communicate effectively, especially with stakeholders.
Experience pulling data and putting metrics into a JIRA dashboard.
Strong experience working on JIRA for epics, stories, issues, and task management.
Strong knowledge of managing product-build teams.
A talent for multi-tasking, meeting deadlines, learning new skills and methodologies, and working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lead decision-making through influence, with the ability to make sound decisions in the clients best interest as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
