Position: Manager – Investor Relations
Location: Bangalore

What you'll do at Quess:
Roles & Responsibilities:
Comprehensive management and leadership of Investor Relations Strategy and execution, both internally and externally.
Work in close collaboration with CEO, CFO and Head Investor Relations to aid in planning and development of corporate long term investor relations strategy to materialize the company's objective.
Setting up of IR strategy, communication, and engagement plans with existing investors, targeting potential investors, analyst engagements, shareholder register analysis, investor analyst surveys and timely review and feedback.
Involves integrating finance, capital market knowledge, communication, marketing and securities laws, latest economic developments, effectively to enable most two-way communication with company's internal and external stakeholders to ensure company's security achieves the fair valuation
Capable of handling company's critical IR collaterals which is issued in the public domain. Investor pack for quarterly results like earnings presentation, press release, research report analysis and summarization, peer benchmarking and annual report – sensitive information handling and disclosures.

Key Deliverables:
Involves preparation of comprehensive Earnings Presentation with accuracy, Press release, Result Day Conference call and addressing to frequently asked questions from investor and analysts
Should have in depth understanding of business model and functioning to be able individually handle investor calls and conferences and prepare database of key meetings points and concerns
Financial modelling maintaining company's financial model and keeping it regularly updated according to company guidance and quarterly results
Monitoring all relevant business KPI to keep a sound control over business dynamics
Participation in AOP formulation and comparison of budget vs actuals on monthly basis and analysing reasons for deviations
Analyse and present data related to Investor meetings, share price trends, shareholding analysis and competitive intelligence reports
Working on annual report along with ESG report of company in close integration with the secretarial team
Additional responsibilities may include supporting the Corporate Communication/Media Relations function across the Financial & Mainstream Media, as and when required
What we are looking for:
Be a Chartered Accountant or MBA from Tier 1 institute or CFA with 2-5 years of relevant experience (Academically strong background)
Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills to build relationships with different stakeholders
Corporate Valuation techniques & Strong financial analytical skills and ability to link strategy to financials.
A thorough understanding of the financial modelling techniques used by security analysts to project the company's financial performance and underlying value drivers
