• Generate creative ideas for business improvement. ( related to one`s area of work)
• Response to customer needs with high-quality delivery while maintaining a strategic/long-term perspective
• Good presentation skills

• Good negotiation skills
• Ability to grasp the concept fast
• Display a high level of Ownership
• To implement new business strategy changes in the market
• Display understanding and sensitivity towards the need of both internal and external customer
• Build long term relationships with external/internal customers to achieve a business results
• Ability to manage change effectively
• Ability to sell one`s ideas through compelling logic
• Demonstrate commitment to the organization by placing company interest ahead of personal agendas
• Demonstrate ability to think from a strategic/long-term perspective
• Good communication skills both verbal and written

· Functional Requirements

· Experience in working with dealers/ channel partners, Architect, Builder, Contractor.
· Ability to gather sound product knowledge
· Ability to catch on to leads and cues from everywhere possible
· Ability to establish & maintain a wide network of resources
· Experience in project sales.
· Experience in coordinating at various levels and leading to
effective result delivery
· Expertise in creating brand presence & visibility
