Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure compliance & foster a culture of safety.
Collaborate with local growers to ensure consistent material quality & support community development.
Lead a QA QC team, providing training & support for effective execution of procedures.
Investigate & resolve quality issues promptly to uphold company reputation & customer satisfaction.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency & cost-effectiveness.
Monitor quality-related KPIs, providing regular reports for data-driven decision-making.
Stay updated on industry trends & regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance & sustainability efforts.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Agriculture, or related field; advanced degree in Coffee preferred.
Minimum 6-8 years' quality assurance/control experience, preferably in coffee or related sectors, with a deep understanding of the Indian coffee market.
Knowledge of Indian food safety regulations (e.g., FSSAI), quality management systems (e.g., ISO 22000).
Strong leadership skills, proven team management, & performance improvement in multicultural settings.
Excellent analytical, communication, & interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
