Job Roles & Responsibilities
Conversant with purchase of engineering materials, Accounting system associated to purchase vendors.
Good communication skill withProficiency in SAP, excel, word, power point. (Knowing TELUGU shall be an added advantage)
Critical Job Competencies / Mandatory Skills

• PR - RFQ - PO/WO Preparation & Processing in SAP.
• Good negotiation & communication skill.
• Ability to take individual responsibility for inter-dept. co-ordination, vendor development, Bid-Tabulation etc.
• Knowledge of Vend-X, ABG safety standard, my-setu (for S.O), active involvement to ISO standard related doc. (Purchase related).
• Close co-ordination with Store & Accounts Team to clear open Gate Passes, clearing Open & Pending RT cases, to clear open GR-IR cases.
• Fortnightly review the open PR-PO status in co-ordination with end-users, short close the older PR & PO.
• Prepare monthly Purchase MIS & savings data. To actively address the critical & urgent plant requirement.
• Proficiency in SAP, excel, word, power point.
• Co-ordination with CPC for pending PR - PO related to unit.

Professional Experience description: (state key experiences required):
5 to 7 Years' experience in engineering good & services sourcing activity.
Professional Qualifications :B.Tech - Mechanical Engineer (Preferably with MBA - MaterialManagement/Finance)
Essential: B.Tech - Mechanical Engineer
Preferably: Preferably with MBA - Material Management / Finance.
Professional Experience:5 to 7 years
