Global Dent Aids Pvt Ltd, a leading Oral Health Care Company having operation PAN India, urgently requires Product Executives based at Kolkata.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to
ยท 1. Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales budgets.
2. Communicate and implement effective sales strategies.
3. Sharing strategies with sales team and ensuring they meet budgets.
4. Monitor and analyse performance and suggest improvement.
5. Prepare sales reports / analysis on sales performance and conduct sales meeting.
6. Preparing sales budget
7. Perform, research and identify new business opportunities.
8. Liaise with PMT to ensure brand consistency.
Criterion and skills
2. At least 3 years experience as national sales manager or 4 years+ experience of handling region.
3. Need to have leadership skill with indebted knowledge of handling sales distribution and managing sales team.
4. An ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics.
5. Strong communication and team management skills.
6. Analytical skills with a problem solving attitude.
7. Availability to travel extensively.
