We are currently seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Engineer/Representative to join our team and contribute to the growth of our business.
General Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team-oriented and self-motivated
- Preferably background in HVAC&R
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Software
Experience / Education:
- 3+ years of sales experience in HVAC&R
- MUST have experience in core Product sales/marketing/business development of HVAC&R Products/Projects.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC&R plant and equipment
Responsibilities:
- Identify Opportunity for Business Generation:
- Proactively identify potential clients and opportunities for business growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Develop Business Connections through Influencers:
- Build and nurture relationships with key influencers in the HVAC&R industry to expand business connections.
- Keep accurate records of daily sales activities and maintain a Management Information System (MIS).
- Conduct regular and timely follow-ups with clients to address concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
