Job description

- Branch Sales Officer and Assistant Acquisition Manager in the Retail Liability Department for India's Leading Bank.

Job Roles and Duties :

- Engage with walk-in customers to promote CASA products.

- Achieve CASA targets through targeted sales strategies.

- Build positive customer relationships, addressing banking needs.

- Promote additional banking products for comprehensive solutions.

- Identify opportunities for cross selling various banking services.

- Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving queries promptly.

- Educate customers on digital banking channels.

- Complete customer documentation accurately and on time.

- Adhere to regulatory and internal policies.

Candidates Requirements :

Qualification : Any Graduation or Post Graduation

Experience : 0 to 4 Years in the Sales and Marketing in any domain

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Good knowledge of financial markets

- Client-focused and results-oriented
