Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Technical Sales Manager. The Technical Sales Manager is responsible for managing and developing accounts, providing technical support to customers, and driving sales through excellent customer service. The Technical Sales Manager is also responsible for maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Technical Sales, Sales, and Account Management skills
- Experience in providing technical support and excellent customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration
- Experience in the testing or certification industry is a plus
