GST Compliance, Reporting & Litigations
.Ensure and manage PAN India GST Compliance and reporting on timely manner.
.Conversant with voluminous Data processing and GST Reporting through ASP-GSP.
.Ensuring ITC Matching and Optimization strategy including process improvement.
.Ensure replies to GST Notices, intimations, Assessments and Audits on timely manner
.Ensure appeals/litigations are managed & related details/submissions are done timelyand accurately.
.Proactively arrange for all the information/details/documents for submission & assessment.
.Drafting of responses and replies under guidance of Group Taxation Team / Consultants.
.Continuously update tax litigation tracker with SCNs /orders including timelines etc.
.Represent in front of GST Authorities for submission or clarification etc.
.To identify new ideas of presenting our grounds more effectively.
.Periodic reporting to Management w.r.t. status of notices and orders.
.Co-ordinate with Statutory / Internal / Special Auditors for periodic review and resolution of queries, if any.
.Pro-actively analyse GST Amendments/Rulings &arrive at a solution for any major change/amendment in IDT law for implementation and shallkeepmanagementupdatedonsame&sharetheupdateswiththerelevantteamswithinKotak Life
.Implementation ofAmendment to GST laws should bemadeat the earliest after evaluatingdetailed pros and cons on various Products offered at Kotak Life.
.To assist, independently manage and get actively involved in IDT related changes.
