Candidates with Inbound International Voice Customer service experience may only apply.

Position's General Duties and Tasks

Resolves more complex client situations by applying demonstrated knowledge and skills generally acquired through job experience.
Ensures accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client SLAs
Work on behalf of insurance companies and receive inbound calls from the providers

Minimum Education and Certifications

Should be a Graduate.
Should be comfortable with work from office and Night Shifts.

Should have excellent verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
