A Position Overview Position Title Director of Agency Department Business Associate Model Level/ Band 602 Role Summary: Responsible for Plan, monitor and review the branch performance in areas of Recruitment, Activation and New Business Premiums. B Organizational Relationships Reports To Head of Agency Supervises Associate Directors of Agency (ADOA) C Job Dimensions Geographic Area Covered Defined Region Stakeholders Internal Sales Staff in the branches Agency Sales Training Branch Operations Distribution Operations External BAs and Advisors D Key Result Areas . Own the Top line and bottom line targets of the Region . Plan, monitor and review the branch performance in areas of Recruitment, Activation and New Business Premiums. . Manage Advisor career progressions and create a pool of Premier Advisors . Ensure Retention of Advisors by constantly engaging with them and their leaders . Drive profitable business by maintaining the desired product mix as prescribed by the company from time to time . Drive growth in New Business Premium (NBP) . Ensure good quality of business by ensuring collection of modal FYP as well as Renewal Premiums . Manage a team of ADOAs and guide them to achieve their targets on key Agency Parameters. . Manage staff headcount in the Region as per sanctioned headcount numbers. . Liaise with Head Office for any additional budgetary requirements or expansion of geography . Coach, Train and support the reporting managers as well as monitor and review their performance on a regular basis . Manage relationships with Top producers and leaders in the Region and create appropriate recognition platforms. . Effectively drive the various tactical measures launched either locally or nationally. . To ensure that the spend for various Agency activities are within the approved limits. . To ensure Employee as well as Distribution retention through active engagement . Ensure compliance to all internal processes and other compliance standards as set by the Company or the Regulator.
