Role : CRM Associate

Experience Range : 1+ years of experience as a Guest Relations Executive or in a customer service/client facing role. Experience in flexible office spaces, office parks, hospitality would be an added advantage

Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or Business-related degree

As a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing relationships with our clients and customers. Your primary focus will be on maintaining and optimizing the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information, and supporting various teams in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
