SUMMARY OF POSITION : Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst/Lead is responsible for building and ensuring the stability financial report and develop various financial insights relating to Sales, SG&A, Margins etc. This role is also responsible for data integrity and conducting periodic reviews of new data. Applicants should be well versed in creating excel reports and dashboards. Working hours will be through

12PM EST

to support an Atlanta and Houston-based team, with occasional requirements to attend calls later.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: · Support the corporate FP&A team on planning and forecasting. · Analyze the trends of key performance indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenses, and profit margin · Ability to execute Hyperion Reports and build insights out of it · Create and maintain reports and dashboards linked to previously mentioned data sources and provide guidance/best practices for reporting. · Collection and record of the relevant historical data for the analysis purpose, which might impact the financials of the corporate entity · Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting to answer questions for senior leaders. · Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. · Work with leadership to prioritize business and information needs.

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE · MBA or PG in Finance. Statistics / Data-Science knowledge would be a good-to-have.

OR

related field or equivalent related experience · Minimum 6-8 years working with financial data sets, building dashboards & Insights · Knowledge of using large financial datasets in and excel including pivot tables, chart-making, and manipulation of large data sets · Pull Prebuilt queries from BI or database tools, Ability to check and evaluate output for reasonableness · Ability to automate VBA, Python, etc. will be a plus · Direct exposure and interaction with mid-senior management is a plus.

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS · Fluent in written and verbal English · Ability to handle sensitive information with keen attention to detail and accuracy. Passion for data handling ethics.

ANALYTICAL SKILLS Familiar with basic business principles like revenue, margin, and profitability. Familiarity approaching problems from multiple angles and understanding the context of management questions. Able to design and build reports/dashboards that are both visually appealing and easy to navigate. Assist in combining large data sets and data analysis to create optimization strategies.

COMPUTER SKILLS · Proficient with Hyperion, Power BI, MS Excel. · Capable of creating and manipulating Powerbi dashboards
