Job description

As a Microsoft Alliance Manager, you will play a key role on NCIS Programs and Partnerships team working alongside all national practices, enterprise sales teams and directly with Microsoft /Google. This includes driving executive sales alignment, program team alignment, co-op funds management, field and channel relationships, tracking progress and driving enablement. By establishing and growing business and technical relationships, you will help drive top-line revenue growth, deeper partner engagement, and overall adoption of NCIS Go to Market with Microsoft. The ideal candidate has experience interacting with Microsoft sales who is comfortable engaging with executives, understands professional services and demonstrates the ability to think strategically about how to grow the business through partnerships. Key Responsibilities As a Microsoft Alliance Manager you will serve as a main point of contact to Microsoft stakeholders and will work daily with Alliances Head, Specialists, Sales, and Presales. You will: • Own, manage & grow the business relationship with Microsoft to produce new opportunities for Atos services focus. • Direct activities across the complete alliance lifecycle, with a clear focus on the bottom-line financial contribution of alliance • Develop and manage the opportunities pipeline with Microsoft, Own and update National plan • Engage with the executive team in NCIS and Partner to ensure strategic support is in place and underpins agreed strategies. • Develop and implement appropriate alliance plans, backed by suitable business cases, engaging Netcore Cloud business resources required to execute. • Make recommendations accordingly to country Executives & Executive sponsors on the strategic direction, focus and success of the partnership. • Drive regular reviews with the partner at all appropriate levels. • Ensure that the assigned alliances continue to generate on-going value measurable through new business and pipeline growth. • Support joint initiatives to ensure that NCIS personnel both sales and technical are trained on appropriate partner solutions to the correct level of competency • Provide regular, effective reporting on the alliance portfolio (operational, relationship, opportunities, and financial success) • Provide guidance & support to junior team members around partnership approaches and strategies for success.

Desired Background: · 4+ years of business development experience in the software/technology services industry. · Ability to collaborate creatively to develop unique joint value propositions and program strategy between Microsoft, Netcore Cloud and our customers. · Excellent communication skills: you are articulate, straightforward, thoughtful, and consistent · Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences. · Strong attention to detail, with strong analytical problem-solving ability · A natural inclination for building and fostering relationships with clients and project teams · Are a team player – you’re at your best in a closely collaborative environment · Experience working in the Microsoft technology ecosystem, a consulting or sales environment. · Passion for cloud technologies, and a desire for continuous learning. · Ability to maintain multiple deadlines, with various stakeholders while delivering consistent results. · Strong business acumen with a demonstrated track record of driving results. · Able to travel up to 20% as required with in accordance with safe guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in business, Science, Technology, Engineering, Math or equivalent experience. · MBA or equivalent work experience a plus. Experience with OEM CO-OP Funds management, CRM systems, and analytic tools to establish detailed customer metrics..
