• Indepth knowledge experience of insurance product setup
• Experience policy Admin System(Lifeasia) is must
• Experience of product configurator would be additional advantage
• Experience of overall product setup which would entails
• Co-ordination with stakeholders(Finance Actuary IT teams )
  Product reviews
• Handles and manage product testing team
• Manage product related iterations and take it to logical conclusions
• Capable of doing root cause analysis
• Manage team of (1+3 )under him
