As an Associate Technical Consultant, you will work closely with other senior members of the Technical Consultant team and the Business Solution Consultant team at a tactical level, handling requests from the customer about “how” our MP works. Working with APIs, reports, configurations, migration, validation and documentation of different products.
In addition, you will perform crucial tasks in each delivery for our customers. For example, the definition of the test criteria, performing the QA and working on the documentation. Also helping the customer with the On-boarding of products and Migrations.
This role requires good business acumen and the skills of a customer-facing consultant. You will need to be a team player and make use of good communication skills as you workclosely with our internal engineering team and our customer stakeholders sometimes in a fast-paced and agile development environment. You will help in delivering the right solution for our customers, while steadily expanding AppDirect’s platform functionality, stability, and scale.

Solid understanding of AppDirect’s mission, goals and objectives.
Provide assistance on the delivery of out-of-the-box as well as highly custom solutions to AppDirect’s customers.
Should have a thorough understanding of Professional Services’ target objectives and key results (OKRs) as they pertain to technical consulting.
Able to articulate our vision, strategy, capabilities and position relative to competitors in our industry.
Validate and submit customer migration files. Provide assistance to the customer during migration.
What we’re looking for
Ability to multitask and juggle multiple moving parts while actively prioritizing activities.
Ability to solve complex technical implementations both independently and in a team environment.
Experience with quality assurance processes and activities including test plan creation, validation and UAT.
Experience and good knowledge of the Billing domain.
Experience in carrying out migration of billing records successfully.
Experience in creating documentation for the activities performed.
Understanding of API consulting, technical consulting and integration, review technical designs, marketplace monitoring and configuration management.
Excellent spoken and written English.
