We are a fast-growing risk assessment startup based in the High Tech Campus looking for a talented and highly motivated Risk Analyst to join our founder's team. Our mission is to revolutionize the risk assessment industry by leveraging cutting-edge machine learning algorithms and data-driven insights. As a member of the founder's team, you will be crucial in assisting the consulting team in various projects, working closely with the founder and contributing to our ambitious goal of becoming a market leader in risk assessment.
About the team
It's a fantastic opportunity to join a talented team of innovative, diverse, and committed team doing exciting work dedicated to business technology solutions. The global team works together every week on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9.00 AM to 3.00 PM CEST and on Friday 9.30-11.30 AM CEST.
What you will be doing
Since Riskey is a consultancy with unique services and tools, we will train you for the above, even if the candidate lacks knowledge. As much as we admire our team's trust, we also strive to maintain professionalism and train our trainees for future formal setups.
What you bring
Bonus if you have:
Technological competence to learn new software tools like Intelligence analysis, PowerBi, Power Automate
prior experience in business consulting.
Must have- A fully functional IOS or Windows laptop
Location : Hybrid, with residence in Bengaluru
Please note: The role is initially part-time or on a contract basis, with the potential to transition to full-time once the company is more established.
Training period : 2 months.
Hours: 30 Hours per week  .
Days : Monday- Thurdays 6 hours everyday . work on Fridays are compensated with extra leaves.
Timings: 1:30 pm to 7 pm IST (December to February) and 12:30 pm to 6:00 pm IST (March to November) as Headquarters are in Eindhoven so we follow work timings from 9 am to 2:30 pm CEST.
Salary: Base salary of 3.6 LPA along with profit sharing.
Candidates without the required background will be offered a base salary of 3 LPA upon completing the training period.
Profit Sharing: Eligible candidates after training period will have the opportunity to participate in an annual profit-sharing program. The profit-sharing program offers a range between 10,000 to 35,000 INR annually, calculated at a rate of 1.5-2% for every project worked on.
Note: The above salary and profit-sharing details are subject to the candidate's experience, education, or professional certification in Risk, Management and allied subjects.
