Job description

Position Summary: Handling system at respective site independently under guidance of team leader. Manage team members, customer interactions, service calls resolution and handling service call as per SLA. Managing site related data like issue log, uptime, productivity, operational. Preventive maintenance of site. Generate revenue from spares and enhancement.

Core Competencies: - Trouble shooting Previous Service / Maintenance Experience Communication skills with positive attitude and Strong Customer-Facing Skills. Team management including technicians. Knowledge of industry standards and practices related to service, including product details and company services, RCA, CAPA, 5Why. Monitoring department, issues and customer complaints to define patterns and work to lean processes and those recurring issues Sales-minded attitude

Job Description: - Role and Responsibilities: Deliver world class customer experience by closing customer complaints professionally. Effectively manage team members, to ensure team objectives and sales goals are being carried out. Customer Relationship Management. RCA/CAPA of issues to avoid repetitive failure. Generate revenue from Spares and enhancement

Qualification and Experience: BE (EE, Instrumentation and E&TC) with certified course of PLC with exp of 1-3 years in ASRS field Knowledge of PLC, VFD and ASRS. Hardware wiring connection, Fault troubleshooting and electrical wiring reading. Hands-on experience in Siemens TIA portal, TwinCat (BECKHOFF) in programming & project commissioning.
