Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Business Development Manager role, located in Mumbai with flexibility for remote work. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for researching and identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating and closing deals, and expanding the client base. They will collaborate with the sales team to create strategies for penetration in new markets and ensure client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Familiarity with IT solutions, managed services, or enterprise software
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Keen analytical skills and ability to identify potential opportunities and risks
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience working with international clients or in a global environment is a plus
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and offerings that meet client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
