Role: AM/ SAM/ Manager School Education Training
Experience Required: 5 years
Salary Range: AM upto 7; SAM upto 8.5L Manager upto 11LPA
Location: Mumbai HQ

Kotak Education Foundations (KEF) mission is to support children and youth from underprivileged families through different education based interventions to rise above the poverty line and lead a life of dignity through sustainable processes. KEF works with some of Indias most economically underprivileged communities attempting to alleviate poverty through education and livelihood programs.

KEF works with multiple regional language governmentaided private institutions. These schools have been set up by social entrepreneurs and lack quality teaching infrastructure and leadership. Through its various programs across education innovative healthcare and livelihood training programs the foundation supplements the efforts of these schools to improve their conditions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Training Program Development Delivery and Management:

• Design develop and implement effective and engaging beneficiary training programs.
• Conduct large group trainings for various stakeholders (teachers HMs govt changemakers) in various geographic locations.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is current relevant and aligned with educational standards
• Oversee the planning coordination and execution of inhouse and external training programs ensuring highquality delivery and participant engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to assess training needs identify gaps and tailor programs accordingly.

Training Module Development:

• Lead the development and refinement of training modules and materials ensuring alignment with the latest educational trends and pedagogical research.
• Integrate innovative training methodologies and technologyenhanced learning approaches into the training curriculum.

Team Management:

• Provide mentorship to a team of trainers fostering a collaborative and growthoriented work environment.
  
• Conduct regular professional development sessions for the trainer team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

• Develop and implement effective monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to assess the impact of training programs.
• Analyse data and feedback to continuously improve training content delivery methods and overall program effectiveness.
• Lead and conduct training/classroom observations across various locations.

Educational Qualification

• Postgraduation / Graduation or relevant qualification in / Business Administration / Social Work/

Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in teacher training and curriculum
  development.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English Hindi Marathi)
• Self starter proactive in finding solutions and result oriented
• Strong inter personal networking and collaboration skills
• Effective time management skills with prior success at executing projects in a timely manner and in achieving results on schedule
• Effective at developing ideas and strategies during strategic planning meetings
• Ability to quickly build relationships and influence others without authority

TECHNICAL & OTHER SKILLS

• Demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering effective teacher
  training programs.
• Strong knowledge of current educational trends pedagogical methodologies and technology integration in education.
• Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to
  inspire and motivate others.
• Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.

Job Specifications:

• Nature of job: Permanent
• Location: Mumbai KEF HO
• Hours of work 08:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Working conditions There are two week offs in a month apart from casual and privilege leaves.
• This job will also involve working in challenging community areas with infrastructural and other disadvantages.
