Job description

Job Objective

Responsible to effectively handle the daily operations of the branch by adequately managing resource utilization and monitoring the performance and productivity of the branch. He/She is also responsible to effectively supervise a team by providing leadership, monitoring and training

Job's Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for managing a team of 20-30 employees

Follow and maintain the company's policy and operating principles.

Support Operation Manager in Pricing/Procurement tasks.

Resolve any emergency and customer complaints with efficient solutions on a timely basis.

Prepare regular reports to the senior management team in time.

Job responsibilities will be revised according to the business needs when necessary.

Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Education

Graduate Degree

Experience

Minimum 5-10 years of Experience in Logistics / Shipping industry

Technical Competences

Excellent verbal and written Communication skills

Leadership skills

Team player

Well presented , Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity.
