Reporting To: Sales Manager
Travel: Any location based on business requirements
Role: Sales Development Rep
Experience: 2-5+ years
Work time zone: EST
Responsibilities:
- Align with Sales and Marketing teams to drive Google Cloud and Pluto7 Solutions pitch to Marketing Generated leads
- Qualify inbound leads as per Qualification criteria's set for the product/solution
- Work with Sales to design specific territory calling campaigns, to build awareness and generate interest, Opt-ins
- Communicate directly with prospective customers, recommend very high level solutions and book meetings.
- Real time maintenance of data in CRM as System of Record on all engagements
- Increase effectiveness of tools and communication channels by recognizing opportunities for innovation and proactively implementing new systems and processes
- Meet or exceed quota assigned and performance goals.
- Work across time zones and partners E.g. Google Cloud, for campaign execution
- Participate in in-person marketing events as and when needed.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience
- High level technical knowledge required
- Experience selling into SMB, mid market and enterprise accounts
- Bachelor's degree minimum with a Masters preferred
- Strong in written and communication skills
- Well developed analytical and Problem solving mindset with a positive attitude
- Be ambitious in mindset and creativity in action
- Positively contribute to the team's goals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
