Key Responsibilities

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize company profits Ensure the timely and successful delivery of digital deliverables according to customer needs and objectives Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders Prepare reports on account status Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed Essential attributes, experience, and abilities

Communication and Marketing – have good communication skills and a basic understanding of online marketing Leadership –have proven leadership and team-building skills Client relationships – have an aptitude and interest in developing professional relationships. Preferable to have experience in client servicing Learning and knowledge sharing – have strong research skills with innate curiosity and passion for learning Project Management – have an eye for detail and quality and commitment to deadlines Desirable

Ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills Freshers with marketing degree can also apply
