Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a DSM at ZimVie Dental, located in Raipur. The DSM will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing sales strategies and tactics to achieve financial targets, developing strong relationships with key opinion leaders, and generating new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Science, or related field
• Proven experience as a DMS, business development, sales or marketing account executive with at least 5+ years of experience in Dental field with basic knowledge of products, clinical studies, KOL management, and dental industry trends.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to network and develop long-term relationships with customers and KOLs
• Experience in developing and implementing sales plans, supporting sales teams, and creating high-quality sales materials
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and effectively in a team
