Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an Australian College International Recruitment Manager located in Vadodara. As a recruitment manager, you will be responsible for leading the entire admissions process, overseeing admissions committee decisions and disseminating vital information to prospective students. You'll be primarily responsible for researching and analyzing international student recruitment market trends and building relationships with schools, agencies and other organizations in Australia. Qualifications Minimum of 4 years experience in international student recruitment or university admissionsment bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business, education, or a related field Familiarity with Australia's Education System Ability to communicate effectively with international students and partners Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Understanding of data analysis and reporting Excellent time-management skills strong Analytical skills needed to research and analyze foreign student marketing trends. Fluency in English, both oral and written Knowledge and proficiency in additional languages is a plus Please note: This job description is not intended to be all inclusive.
