Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the faculty &
overall goals, ensuring effective financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Accounting and Finance: Oversee all accounting functions, financial reporting, and compliance, ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial records. HR Management: Lead and manage the HR department, ensuring smooth recruitment, employee development, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work culture. IT Oversight: Collaborate with the IT team to ensure efficient IT infrastructure, data security, and innovative solutions to support faculty operations. Procurement and Negotiations: Utilize your strong negotiation skills to handle purchases, contracts, and vendor relationships, optimizing costs and maintaining high-quality services. Business Development: Identify growth opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop strategic plans to expand the faculty's commercial footprint. Risk Management: Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
