Position: Partner Network Manager
Location: Noida
Salary: 6 LPA
Responsibilities:
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Strategically identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to expand our network reach and market presence.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Develop and execute innovative partnership programs with attractive incentives to drive partner engagement and revenue growth.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing partners to foster collaboration and maximize mutual benefits.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Organize and conduct regular training sessions and workshops to educate partners on our product offerings and market trends.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Analyze partner performance metrics and collaborate with partners to develop improvement plans and optimize outcomes.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of partnership strategies.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities to identify and capitalize on new partnership prospects.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Prepare insightful reports and presentations to showcase partnership performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decision-making.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Proactively address partner inquiries, concerns, and escalations to ensure high partner satisfaction and retention levels.
Requirements:
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Proven track record of success in partner management, business development, or sales roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â In-depth knowledge and understanding of mutual fund and insurance products, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and data analysis tools.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Previous experience in mutual fund and insurance sales is highly desirable.
