Job Description We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our dynamic human resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordinating various HR activities to ensure smooth operations and excellent employee experience.

Responsibilities Assist in the full cycle of recruitment, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and onboarding new hires Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance reviews Support the administration of employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management Coordinate employee training and development programs, including scheduling, tracking attendance, and maintaining training records Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely submission of employee data Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures Prepare and maintain HR-related reports, documents, and correspondence Support the planning and execution of employee events and initiatives Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 1-2 years of experience in an HR Coordinator or similar role Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) or applicant tracking systems (ATS) Knowledge of payroll processes and systems Familiarity with employee engagement initiatives and programs Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
