Job description
Candidate is expected to be responsible for:
- Systems and processes:
- Documenting, managing, upgrading, andimplementing.
- Auditing process compliance across all areas of the company.
- Computer and digitization
- Conversion of systems to automatic processes and digitized implementation.
- Collaboration with
- Managers and system gatekeepers of different functional areas including design, operations and sales.
- Quality Management Lead
- Manage Internal Process Audits with the purpose of ensuring adequate controls & process efficiencies across Supply Chain
- Ensure functioning of the quality management department for timeliness and transparency in reporting on key controls and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence in future
- Understand & map processes, identify control gaps in the processes and devise & report the risk and control matrix
- Continuous monitoring of open audit issues, follow up with concerned teams to close of all audit points. Create and maintain Audit dashboards and drive the key parameters centrally
Knowledge & Competence needed:
- Knowledge on Information System & Analysis with good proficiency in its applications
- Knowledge of Operations Management
- Understanding of Business Financials
- Very good in on Operation Systems & Processes Design & Compliances
- Maturity, Collaborative, Compliance oriented, Disciplined, Good in Communication (English, Hindi, Marathi)
- Value Stream Mapping & Project Management Skills to see that inefficient systems & processes are replaced with efficient processes
- Must have ability to understand & map & define the processes & systems & reports
- Data Analytics & knack for digitization will be needed
- MIS & Document management & Dashboards, with traceability ensured
- Experience of manufacturing plant audits
Certifications : Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 (QMS) QPMP (Qualified Project Management Professional) preferred
Knowledge of any recognized ERP system / SAP : to be able to navigate the system with ease.
