Position - Compliance Officer Job Location - Mauritius As the Designated Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and enforcing regulatory compliance protocols to ensure company adherence to the regulations set by the Financial Services Commission in Mauritius and accept similar appointments on selected special licenses clients of GWMS Ltd. Prevention, detection and responding to compliance, regulatory and ML/TF risks faced by GWMS Ltd and its special licenses clients in line with the relevant AML/CFT Framework of Mauritius are part and parcel of the job description. The Compliance Officer will be expected to carry out file reviews and relevant due diligence procedures as deemed necessary, in line with GWMS's and its client's Compliance Manuals. Qualifications

• Educational qualifications should be in line with FSC's minimum Competency Standards applicable to Compliance Officers i.e an international compliance qualification like ACAMS etc
• Strong knowledge of the AML/CFT Framework generally and best practices
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in the financial services industry
• Experience with anti-money laundering (AML) compliance programs
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and manage projects
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to present complex information with clear explanations to diverse stakeholders and audiences

Training on AML/CFT Framework of Mauritius will be provided.
