Job description
These are the key goals that we have in mind for a Customer Relationship Manager at Divas Mantra:
Key Responsibilities
- Learn details about our product and service offerings
- Find leads and conduct the necessary follow-up to meet sales targets
- Address any questions or issues customers may have Â
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need
- Offer solutions based on clients' needs and capabilities
- Update client records
- Track and document calls and sales
- Participate in any required training
Customer Retention
- Make sure that existing customers come back (frequently) by sending them relevant collections.
- Stay connected with the Divas Mantra community and constantly think of new ways to elevate their experience with the brand.
- One of the key reasons why people don't come back is because of a lack of newness. You will be the key link between our customers and the design team when it comes to New Product Development gap identification.
Here's Our Checklist For An Ideal Candidate
As a Functional Expert :
- An MBA with a specialisation in Marketing is ideal, but not a must. Background in sales and marketing (execution) is a must.
- You have a strong history of managing and retaining a high-performing team.
- You can sell really well. You write effective briefs that inspire, address consumer pain points, and solve their problems.
As a Customer
You love and wear jewellery (a lot). Because we believe that our best work comes out when we have an inherent interest and understanding of the product that we are trying to sell.
As a Person
- You are extremely customer-centric. You like talking to them and getting actionable insights from hearing what they have to say. Most importantly, you want to make them happy! (always).
- You are result-oriented and restless. You measure the impact of every activity and constantly think of ways to improve performance.
- You connect the dots effectively. You've been using that skill to understand why certain things do well / don't do well, and correlate that to impactful audience/content/ image-led insights.
- You make things happen! Since you will plan and drive sales of Divas Mantra, your role involves working closely and syncing with cross-functional teams across.
- Most importantly, you connect with Divas Mantra and what she stands for.
CTC
You take a monthly take home of 35,000 INR per month.
