Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential BFSI clients to expand our customer base.
- Build strong client relationships to understand financial needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Promote our financial products highlighting their value to clients.
- Exceed sales and performance targets.
- Stay updated on industry changes market conditions and competition.
- Maintain detailed client interaction records and paperwork.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (recommended) in business finance or a related subject.
- Proven track record of sales performance preferably in the BFSI sector.
- 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Excellent communication negotiating and presenting abilities.
- Indepth knowledge of financial goods and services in the BFSI sector.
- Selfdriven and goaloriented.
- Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively.
