Job description

Job Summary The candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture, ensuring that employees are engaged, motivated and aligned with organization's vision, mission and values. The candidate will have to work on the initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, well being and overall organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities Collaborate with senior management to integrate employee engagement initiatives into overall business objectives. Create and execute effective communication plans to keep employees informed about the initiatives and updates. Facilitate open communication channels to gather feedback and suggestions from employees. Facilitate recognition programs to acknowledge and reward outstanding contributions. Ensure recognition initiatives are aligned with organizational values and culture. Conduct regular employee surveys to measure engagement levels, identify areas for improvement and track progress over time. Analyze survey data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Organize and coordinate employee engagement events, team building activities and other initiatives to foster a positive work culture and also manage it’s logistics and budget.

Professional Experience/ Qualification Proven work experience in Employee engagement role. Strong planning skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams. Familiarity with employee engagement survey tools and methodologies. MBA in Human Resources. 3+ years' of relevant experience.
