Role Description

The Company Secretary role is a full-time on-site role located in Pune. The Company Secretary will be responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance, taking care of statutory compliances such as board meetings, preparing minutes of meetings, and ensuring that the company is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Candidates with a background and work experience in Accounting will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of Companies Act 2013 and related rules and regulations
• Experience with Corporate Law, Legal Compliance, and Secretarial Functions
• Experience in Annual Compliances, DSC/DIN and Transfer of shares
• Experience in conducting Board Meetings, AGMs, and EGMs, including drafting of agendas, notices, minutes, and resolutions of meetings
• Good communication skills
• Candidates with a background and prior experience in Accounting will be preferred
• Bachelor's degree in law or company secretaryship
• Qualification as a Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Company Secretary
