Job Title: Sr Sales Manager-Enterprise Business

As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager - Enterprise Business to work with our enterprise business team Position Overview: Sr Sales Manager-Enterprise Business will oversee and grow our enterprise client relationships, manage key accounts, and drive business development efforts. This role is pivotal in achieving revenue targets, expanding market presence, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing enterprise-level clients. Understand client needs and align our services to exceed their expectations. Act as the primary point of contact for strategic clients and serve as their advocate within the organisation. 2. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within the enterprise sector and develop strategies to capture them. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective sales and marketing plans. Lead negotiations, contract development, and closure of enterprise-level deals. 3. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing enterprise business team. Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management to team members. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture. 4. Market Analysis and Strategy: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Use market insights to develop and adjust the enterprise business strategy accordingly. 5. Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets related to enterprise business operations. Monitor financial performance, analyse variances, and take corrective actions as needed. 6. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Analyse key performance metrics and take data-driven actions to improve results. Qualifications: Min Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; Min experience of 8-10 years in the IT sales and consulting with an MBA from Tier 1 Institutions. Proven track record of successfully managing enterprise-level client relationships and driving business growth. Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. In-depth knowledge of the ITES industry and market trends. Financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets effectively. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
