Technology Infra Architect and Implementation SME
As ‘ Sr Lead - Technology Infra , you will be playing a pivotal role in design and implementation of initiatives – both new and enhancements to the existing Technology Infrastructure Digital Workspace setup (largely on-cloud but includes on-prem and hybrid as well). You will be an individual contributor and will perform: Infrastructure Design and Planning: the existing, overall Technology Infrastructure stack covering Productivity & Collaboration platform (Google Workspace), Dev & Test environments on AWS, Azure, GCP, On-Prem/On-Cloud Identity Management platform integrations as well as other On-Prem Infrastructure. opportunities to enhance, arrive at Solution options, articulate benefits/implications with datapoints. Technology Evaluation: Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for improving infrastructure security, scalability, and performance. Infrastructure Security: Ensure the Infrastructure Security aspects are “by design” included and aligned with Global Cybersecurity Frameworks Vendor Management: Work closely with vendors and third-party providers to evaluate products and services, negotiate contracts, and oversee service level agreements (SLAs). Implementation: Act as a lead, , author infrastructure architecture including HLD (High Level Design) & LLD (Low Level Design), own accountability for end-to-end implementation of solutions along with internal/vendor stakeholders/SMEs or play their roles where required. Act as a SME/L3 resource in the Technology Infrastructure domain. Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Provide training and knowledge transfer to IT staff and end-users as needed. Required Experience, Skills & Competencies: 10 to 15 years of experience with at least last four years in IT Infrastructure design and implementation. Must be Hands-on in setting-up and management of Windows/Linux Servers OS and End-user Compute central services such as IAM, SSO, MFA, MDM, DNS, including integration of On-Prem AD to On-Cloud IAM Threat Management, DLP, EDR/XDR/MDR, Patch Management, Web Security, CASB products like Netskope SWG with DLP On-Cloud Productivity and Collaboration services like Google Workspace (GWS) Software Asset Management for the End-User Corporate IT Infra, using appropriate Tools/Services Development and implementation of automation scripts and tools to streamline infrastructure deployment, configuration management, and monitoring processes. Proven expertise in design and implementation of complex IT infrastructure solutions, including network architecture (LAN, WAN, WLAN), server infrastructure (Physical/Virtual), storage systems, and virtualization technologies, with IT Infra security implementations “by design”. Should have strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and experience with cloud migration and hybrid cloud environments. Cloud Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Cisco Certified Network Professional, ITIL are a plus. · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.Job tags
