Job Location: Mumbai

  • Assess and identify training needs through surveys, interviews with SMEs, HNs and instructors.
  • Oversee the design, development and execution of all learning and development programs and processes.
  • Administer the design and develop training manuals, online learning modules and course materials.
  • Review training materials from all the SMEs/Instructors/HNs and select appropriate materials.
  • Deliver and coordinate training to nutritionists and support staff using a variety of instructional techniques.
  • Create Individual development plans based on the functional requirement and competencies.
  • Select and assign instructors, experts or external vendors to conduct training depending on the company requirements for nutritionists and support team members.
  • Monitor, evaluate and record training programs to ensure they are current and effective.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring and scheduling classes, setting up systems (webinars, conference calls) and equipment (Zoom, WebEx, etc) and coordinating enrollment.
  • Manage and supervise all the training verticals (new hire, OJT, condition specific verticals, medical, bottom quartiles etc)
  • Perform a training needs analysis and create periodic training plans to equip the team to handle all cases.
  • Lead the design and implementation of the training framework including communication and engagement design for the company.
  • Perform the day-to-day operations of the LMS including the publishing of all learning content on the system.
  • Oversee all internal communications for the company.
  • Ensure all company messages are consistent and engaging. Curate and quality-control content from Luke to be posted on the website and with the team.
  • Use creativity, writing skills and ability to connect with the internal and support teams.
  • Ensure messaging aligns with key business/ company strategies
  • Publish training dashboards and analytics to the management on a periodic basis
