Recruitment Specialist (Freelance) On Demand | Immediate Expectations
Transactions Track o Preparation of JD o Sharing requirement with recruiters and staffing partners o Posting across job portals o Review applications from recruiters and staffing partners o Send applications to the customers o Coordination with Backoffice to formalize engagement with talent and customer o Talent discussions related to performance Development Track o Evaluation and onboarding of recruiters o Actively oversight of contribution of recruiters Deliverables o Milestone management across staffing and hiring transactions o Improving the throughput o Applications received from candidates, recruiters , staffing partners o Submissions to customers o Conversions Desired Persona · Full Time Freelancer Only & Not associated with Employment currently · Experience as full time freelancer for 6 months plus · Overall Experience - 10 yrs+ in Hiring / Staffing ·5 yrs+ experience in Tech Hiring & Staffing · Exposure to supporting tech hiring & staffing for mid – large tier IT Services preferred · Exposure to leadership hiring is preferred Considerations ·20 Hrs by default month · Initially for 2 Months · Hourly Rate Screening Criteria · Overall Experience - 10 yrs+ in Hiring / Staffing – Y/N ·5 yrs+ experience in Tech Hiring & Staffing – Y/N · Not associated with employment currently – Y/N - · Currently full time freelancer with atleast 6 months plus experience as full time freelancer – Y/N – Evaluation Process Specific scenarios will be shared for the specialist to share her/his point of view Interested Profiles, do write to [email protected] in with the following Subject – Recruitment Specialist (Freelance) Highlights of hands-on experience in Tech Hiring /Tech Staffing – Confirmation that screening criteria has been met o Overall Experience - 10 yrs+ in Hiring / Staffing – Y/N o 5 yrs+ experience in Tech Hiring & Staffing – Y/N o Not associated with employment currently – Y/N – o Currently full time freelancer with atleast 6 months plus experience as full time freelancer – Y/N – Additional Inputs o Experience as a recruiter in tech hiring/staff hiring for a mid tier – large IT Services organization – o Highlights of experience engaging a team of recruiters – o Highlights of experience in leadership hiring - o C.V for reference –Job tags
