EV Trainer

This is a full-time, onsite role as an EV Trainer located in Palghar. The EV Trainer is responsible for conducting training sessions on electric vehicle technologies and handling practical sessions for the learners. The role will also require developing new content on electric vehicle technologies and conducting assessments on the training program. The incumbent will work closely with other trainers and support staff to deliver quality trainings to learners.

• A Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent experience in the electric vehicle industry
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in electric vehicles or related industry
• Knowledge of EV architectures, electrical systems, and battery technologies
• Experience in developing, delivering, and assessing training programs for a technical audience
• A strong passion for teaching and helping others learn and grow their skills in EV technology
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and instructional design software
• Certification in electric vehicle technology is a plus
• Willingness to travel nationally for short periods for conducting training sessions
