This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Engineer (Cement plant) located in Jhansi. The Technical Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the cement plant, troubleshooting equipment and process issues, implementing improvements, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The Technical Engineer will also be responsible for managing maintenance and repair schedules, training staff, and maintaining accurate production records.

Qualifications

Strong technical knowledge of cement plant operations and maintenance Experience with troubleshooting equipment and process issues Ability to develop and implement process improvements Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations Experience managing maintenance and repair schedules Strong project management skills and ability to work in a team environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in cement plant operations or related field.
