Job Responsibilities -
Business Development & Pre-Sales Identify New tenders and business opportunities. Product catalogue management on various portals like GEM or other B2B platforms Identify and communicate key details of the tender to internal stakeholders. Look for new business opportunities on both the revenue and product side . Bid Management Take necessary approvals to bid. Analyze past bid data and finalize bid rate. Track the price viability of all the bids submitted by tracking the price trend through various internal and external sources. Ensure bid viability is maintained during bid validity period and red flags are escalated to the management on an immediate basis. Execute the bid strategies as per the direction given by management. Follow up closely with customers to source the bid related information, obtain POs in timely manner. End to end bid progress tracking & completion. Account Management Liaise with sourcing team for timely & accurate execution of the order. Timely submission & dispatch hard copies of PO & other documents Ensure timely delivery of PO by following up procurement team. Ensure timely receipt of acceptance, payment & settle account. Email the debtor’s report to customers on a regular basis. MIS & Reporting Update new tender details, tender status, & bid status in Google sheets. Archiving & documenting inactive tenders.
