Job Description:
Position Name: Assistant Manager
Location: Kolkata, India
- Manage field technical concerns , remote tech support & electrical Audit at large facility
- Delegating and directing Telecom DC power products , monitoring the progress of current projects, and managing service team members to ensure the team's objectives and sales goals are met
- Technical support on Electrical product ( DC power , UPS , TXR , Battery , DG , Panel )
- Thermography & Power quality audit
- Keeping day-to-day activities organized
- Leading Product technical training Zonal programs or providing one-on-one onsite product training to employees, field team as well as customers.
- Supervising employees to ensure everyone is performing their job properly.
- Addressing product issues and ensuring a consistent standard of customer service.
- Managing Service & projects as assigned and organizing teams to assist in this effort.
- Requirements

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Min 8-10 Yrs exp
- Assisting with or performing administrative tasks, such as managing and updating invoices, processing new orders, and tracking inventory.
- Delivering Excellent Customer Service
- Monitor effectiveness and quality customer service of front-end operations to ensure absolute customer satisfaction.
DESIRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Electrical engineering qualifications
- Minimum 5 years field job experience
- Minimum 3 years managing a technical team. Experience in a corporate Service environment.
- Thermographer & PQ auditor certification
- DESIRED TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Superb analytical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
- Manage on-site support services including root cause analysis and remedial action.
- Manage the online FAQ and support article knowledge base.
- Strong creative thinking, technical script writing, Thermography & PQA audit experience
- Ability to Work Well Under Pressure.
- Vast knowledge on Electrical products (DC power, UPS , TXR , Battery , DG , Panel )
- Basic Computer Skills
