Job description
Bake11 is a brand that specializes in selling custom bento cakes all over Bangalore. Our brand operates from a cloud kitchen located in RMV 2nd stage. Bento cakes are mini-cakes that come nestled in a takeout box, not more than four inches in diameter. Our cakes are pure vegetarian (none of the cakes contains any egg). The cakes weigh between 350-400grams. They were first popularized by South Korea and are commonly found in almost all Korean cafes and bakeries.
About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the cloud kitchen, including inventory management, cash handling, and ensuring the store is clean and organised
2. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming environment for customers and staff alike
3. Train and develop the sales team to provide exceptional customer service, including product knowledge and sales techniques
4. Set sales goals and develop strategies to achieve them, regularly analysing sales figures and adjusting tactics as needed
5. Build and maintain relationships with customers, including managing customer feedback and complaints
6. Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed, ensuring that the store always has a sufficient supply of products
7. Create weekly schedules for staff and manage payroll effectively
8. Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed, including health and safety regulations and company guidelines
9. Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews to ensure the team is working efficiently and effectively
10. Work on overseeing the daily operations of our retail store in Bangalore
Required:
1. 1+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food and beverage industry
2. Strong communication and leadership skills
3. Demonstrated ability to manage inventory and analyze sales data
4. Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
5. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale software
7. Should be hardworking and willing to communicate with customers post-work hours
8. Desired candidates must have knowledge about Instagram and other social media channels
9. Able to speak fluent Hindi, English, and Kannada
10. Should love cakes
